You may or may not be aware the Microsoft is coming out with a new version of its Windows Operating System years after saying Windows 10 would be the last version. Most people didn't see how Windows 10 could really be the final version and they were right.
If you are part of the Windows Insider Program then you can configure your computer to get the latest Windows 11 beta test upgrades and even upgrade your current computer to a test version of Windows 11. And if you knew how to get your hands on an early release of Windows 11 you could also do a clean installation, preferably on a virtual machine such as VirtualBox or VMware.
Microsoft is preparing a public release of the Windows 11 before the end of this year but nobody knows if it will actually be ready or not by then. And of course you need to know if your computer will support it so you can install and run it.
If you want to download a Windows 11 ISO image, then can go to the Insider Downloads page and select your desired ISO image for a clean install of the Windows. The Windows 11 builds are available in the developer channel and the beta channel with the beta versions being more stable.
So if you would like to get a head start on the new Windows then I would download the ISO and install it on a test computer or a VM and see how it works for you. Just make sure to have a TPM (Trusted Platform Module) version 2.
