Import Your Email & Contacts From One Gmail Account to Another

You may have a situation where you need your email and contacts from one account imported into either a second account or maybe even a new account that you have just made. If you have many emails, then you obviously don’t want to forward them to your new account one at a time.

For these types of situations where you need to transfer the email and contacts from one Gmail account to another, it’s a fairly simple process as long as you follow the steps correctly. You will also need access to the source and destination accounts because you will need to perform steps form each one.

For our example, we will be using an account for Todd as the source Gmail account and will transfer or export his email to Cindy’s Gmail account. To make sure things worked, we will be looking for an email with the subject, Don’t forget the new power supply.

If you don’t see the part in parathesis afterwards that says even mail that’s already been downloaded, then it should be fine, and you might find that it appears the next time you go to this setting after you select it.
