I'm getting an Access violation at address 00403728 in module "Scheduled.exe" Read of address FFFFFFFC message.
Scheduled.exe is a file that can be associated with many different programs or utilities. In most cases it does not need to be running and is probably set to start on when you boot your computer and could be corrupt or conflicting with some other file or process. I would check out your startup items using MSconfig to find where it's set to start and uncheck that item and reboot.
